Navigating The Energies of The New World

We are living in a time where major shifts are happening in the collective consciousness of this planet. Many would say we have entered a “new world,” and the old ways of doing things are no longer embraced. What exactly does this term mean?
I view life in terms of energy. Every relationship, experience, memory, and event carries a certain frequency and vibration. These should not be viewed as bad or good, but simply in terms of frequency. I have been studying the work of David Hawkins for years, and his Map of Consciousness helps many visualize how frequency works.

Hawkins rates human emotions on a scale. Each emotion holds a certain frequency. For example, if you are living in fear, that holds a frequency of 100. If you live a life of joy, that holds a frequency of 540. It is important to view the frequency of each emotion, not in terms of higher or lower, but rather as a range of vibration. The frequency emotions of shame, guilt, grief, fear, and apathy are contracted emotions and will lead to suffering. The frequency emotions like love, joy, and peace all hold an energy that expands your life and brings flow and alignment.
Our universe currently holds a frequency of 200, which means we are basically getting by. However, during this unprecedented time we are also beginning to wake up and the collective consciousness is beginning to rise. Many of us are experiencing an awakening and shift in every part of our lives, but do not understand what is happening. Essentially, enough people are beginning to wake up and the universe is getting an upgrade. That upgrade is being felt by many and we are creating a “new world.” As human beings, we want to live in the energy that creates flow, abundance, and alignment. If we find ourselves in the lower frequencies, the goal is to be aware of those feelings and feel them deeply, and then shift out of them.
Don’t allow yourself to sit in a state of contracted energy. Instead always strive to shift to expansion. One of the quickest ways I know how to do that is to practice gratitude. You cannot be angry, fearful, or depressed if you are practicing gratitude.
Gratitude holds a frequency of 540, and it will always bring you to a higher state of consciousness. Always!
